This is one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia. Istria is known for beautiful landscapes, medieval top hill towns, sea side, amazing food and wines. Real hedonistic experience. Upon arrival at Pula Airport, guests are warmly welcomed by a local guide and assisted with a smooth transfer to the hotel. As the group travels through the scenic Istrian landscape, the guide shares a brief introduction to the region — known for its rich history, Mediterranean charm, and excellent cuisine.
After check-in, guests have time to relax and settle in. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities or take a short walk to get a first impression of the area.

After breakfast, the group sets off on a pleasant 50-minute drive through the Istrian countryside, heading toward a family-owned truffle farm nestled among forests and hills.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by their hosts and introduced to the fascinating world of truffle hunting. With trained dogs leading the way, the group heads into the nearby woodlands for a hands-on search — a unique and memorable experience tied to one of Istria’s most prized natural treasures.
Following the hunt, a beautiful lunch is served at the farm, featuring a full menu of delicious truffle-based dishes, paired with local wines and warm hospitality.
In the afternoon, the journey continues with a visit to a nearby winery or distillery, where guests enjoy a relaxed tasting session. Whether sampling fine Istrian wines, local gins, or traditional grappa, this is a perfect way to round out the day with authentic flavors of the region.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon and prepare for a dinner in one of the restaurants in the town.
After breakfast, the day begins with a visit to one of Istria’s most iconic landmarks — the Pula Amphitheatre, a remarkably well-preserved Roman arena that stands as a symbol of the city’s rich history. A guided tour offers insight into its impressive architecture and ancient past.
Following the visit, the group enjoys a lunch at a local restaurant, featuring Istrian cuisine and regional specialties.
In the afternoon, guests can choose between two optional experiences:
A visit to a local olive oil producer, where they’ll learn about traditional and modern methods of olive oil production, followed by a guided tasting.
Or, a half-day trip to Brijuni National Park — a stunning collection of islands known for their natural beauty, wildlife, and historical sites, accessible by a short boat ride from nearby Fažana.
Later in the day, there is free time to relax — whether enjoying the hotel’s facilities, taking a walk by the sea, or preparing for the evening.
The journey concludes with a farewell dinner, set in a special venue and accompanied by live music, creating a warm and festive atmosphere to celebrate the end of a memorable Istrian stay.
After breakfast, guests check out and are transferred to Pula Airport for their return flights.
